CAD/CAM & Quality control
Our aim is to programme offline as much as possible with specialised CAD/CAM software to minimise setting times. This way, our programmers and operators ensure the precision and quality that our customers demand. We ensure that the workpieces are always machined to achieve the required tolerances by using the following 2D and 3D measuring devices:
- Mitutoyo Linear Hight 2D: Measuring range of 0-972mm (accuracy up to 1 µm)
- Trimos 2D: Measuring range of 0-835mm (accuracy up to 1 µm)
- Tesa 3D: Measuring range of 600 x 750 x 430mm
- Nikon Altera 20.10.8 CMM: Measuring range of 2000 x 1000 x 800mm
